1.What do we stand for?
Not what you say it is, what people see it as.
What are you, what do you hang your hat on?
An unbiased observer should be able to watch for 5 minutes and know.
2. Fast - Hard - Finish (UO, Chip Kelly)
Discipline - Fast - Physical (Mustang Football)
Fast - Be as fast as you are, all the time, every play. Be caught in the act of being yourself.
Hard - More important than the score. Play the hardest for the longest.
Finish - Finish the play at full effort every time.
Us vs. our vision.
Approach every game like the Super Bowl.
- I hear and I forget. Do you understand? Talking is not enough.
- I see and I remember.
- I do and I understand. Don't talk on the practice field.
